My husband and I moved from Alexandria, Virginia to Holly Springs, North Carolina in 1997. Being a "Northerner", my husband doubted my ability to adjust to the "South." Believe me, I've never looked back! Holly Springs is one of the fastest growing communities in the Raleigh area. Being avid golfers, we wanted to live in a golf course community. Sunset Ridge met all our criteria and we have never regretted our decision! The path leading me to a Real Estate profession is one that adds up to more than 20 years of business consulting. It all began in 1979 when I became a lobbyist trying to convince Members of Congress to pass Rail Deregulation in our Nation's Capitol. From lobbyist I moved to High Tech and finally to Real Estate. Always acting as a consultant, my primary focus has been to find the right solution for my clients and then to negotiate to a win-win conclusion.
